We had amazing customer service at the Waterloo branch by Madhavi. She was very knowledgeable and patient and overall she helped us makes great choice for our mattress.

Robin was super helpful i was from out of town and needed a box spring very quickly and Robin was able to answer all my questions and help me get it quickly
These guys don’t honour their commitment. I used to be a regular customer and in fact made a purchase twice in a year, now I will never shop with these fraudsters. My advice to new clients - if you are going to shop anyway here after reading this review, please get everything in writing because they will not honour anything promised/committed by sales rep during the purchase.
