Bed is great. Soft, medium, firm king. My wife likes the provided free pillows. But I don't, I sleep on my side and the pillow is just too thick and makes my neck misaligned.
This is the only company with live agents available to help. I purchased the Terra Foundation made of Northwestern Spruce hardwood and crafted to premium furniture grade standards. This company is serious about providing quality ethical products. I have looked elsewhere and hands down this company is the best and around since the 70's. Since I have a headboard, I will attach the metal frame to it and put the foundation on top: otherwise I would have gone with the foundation and added the legs for $100. I ordered two twin XLs to make a king. Three mattresses/layers in each. I sent back two soft layers for two additional extra firms. SleepEZ's staff was very friendly and informative. We're currently doing extra firm (bottom), extra firm (middle), and firm (top) and loving it. I have a bad back, and I'm happy to have replaced my Tempur-Pedic with this. I'm a back and side sleeper, and it's been very comfortable. I found a local place selling the same thing for more than twice the cost. Very happy with SleepEZ!
