Mike? (i hope i remembered his name) was SO very knowledgeable and helpful to us when we arrived in the store! I have neurological disorders that require aLot of patience when speaking with me so my daughter usually helps by attending such things or speaking for me when needed. Mike was amazing! He helped the four of us try out beds while also managing a couple of other customers in the store—impressive multitasking. We left to compare prices elsewhere, but since they were all about the same, we came back to buy from Mike. His friendly attitude and attentive service won us over. I’d happily go back to him when it’s time for another mattress.
