This location was super friendly and very patient. The one who helped me explained and answered all of our 100 questions. It had been over 30 years shopping for mattress and imagine all the new technology and different mattress from the old spring coil days. They don’t rush us or pressure us in any way. Just answered and gave us answers and guidance.
In summary, they do everything possible to avoid honoring their warranty claims. We have purchased two mattresses and an adjustable base from them totaling around $8K. After experiencing a side foam separation issue on our Purple 4 Hybrid mattress, they denied our claim without clarifying the details or providing any way to respond to their denial - and sent the denial from message from a “no reply” email address.
