I've shopped here since 2018 and almost always work with Mike. Right off the bat, you walk in and Mike greets you and says make yourself at home, then actually lets you look around. They have a great selection and prices are competitive. Smooth process and Mike was a great sales person. It helped that I was familiar with the various ways of Mattress Firm can finance a customer.
My boyfriend and I recently moved to Texas and have been on an air mattress the last 2 months. We randomly stopped in cause we saw there was a sale going on and Chuck went above and beyond finding us an awesome deal and an even better upgrade on a mattress then what we had prior to moving.
