Mike is professional and genuinely cares for his customers. He is patient and kind. His knowledge about different types of mattresses is refreshing. His customer service skills are rare these days. I usually don’t fill out reviews but, Mike deserves this. He needs to be in charge of training the next generation. Thank you for serving the community of McKinney.

Mike? (i hope i remembered his name) was SO very knowledgeable and helpful to us when we arrived in the store! I have neurological disorders that require aLot of patience when speaking with me so my daughter usually helps by attending such things or speaking for me when needed.
