Jesus is the man! My wife and I went in to the store twice and spent a total time of 4 to 6 hours with this gentleman, looking at different mattresses. It was between the Beauty Rest series 3, and the Purple Premium. Jesus is a phenomenal salesman. He never pressured us, never tried to over sell us and never pushed us in one direction or the other. I had a wonderful experience today working with Spencer, extremely knowledgeable and didn’t give me no run arounds or try and upsell left and right. He provided everything I needed to know and got me a great mattress with a great price with a free adjustable platform. Such a great experience when I need a mattress again I’ll definitely be back!!
This is such a great place, and I want to give a BIG shout out to Spencer who helped us. We went in to find a bed for my parents (senior parents) that can help both post surgery. He found the perfect bed. He was so knowledgeable about all of the benefits, and was incredibly patient while we tested to find the one that fit their needs. I am so impressed and am already thinking of a new bed for our home! Thank you Spencer!!!!!
We were taking advantage of the swap out mattress plan to get a softer mattress for my wife’s side of the bed. Jesus was very helpful and provided all the information needed to complete the process as well as providing information on remote controls for our bed frames.
