Apparently there are two Mattress Firms less than 1/8 mile apart. Went into 1st one looking for a twin bed frame. They did not have. They immediately telephoned the secondary location and made it happen. Customer service and quality products. That's what we all want!!! In today's retail climate high quality customer engagement is rare. For me service and quality make price secondary. Thanks guys you are awesome !!!
Honestly went there for mattress info. and was planning to purchase from Costco or Sam's. Cydney created us, answered all questions and explained how all the many different mattress were made and why some were more costly than others, she explained why we should but a mattress best for us, not like just getting the only one Cosco/Sam's had.
