Charles was such a huge help! We went in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly didn’t expect to stay as long as we did. We ended up purchasing our king-size bed, and a big reason was because Charles was so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. we really appreciate all of Charles’s help. Truly a great experience!!
