While shopping with a family member for her new bed, we started talking with the sales associate, we mentioned that our mattress was sagging. William looked up our account and found that we were only 5 years into our 10 year warranty. He then gave me a number to call to check about the warranty which turned out to be a valid warranty claim. William worked with us to get the right bed and we are now so happy we were shopping that day and looking very forward to receiving our new mattress.
