Dr. Morong was excellent and very professional (and also punctual, which is always appreciated!). I highly recommend Dr. Morong.
Have to put a bad review ONLY because or the receptionist, My original appointment was great except the interaction with the receptionist that was on personal phone call the entire time I was at the waiting room, that was unprofessional but I ignored it, I was seen the doctor and he was absolutely amazing. The interactions over the phone with the reception is constant battle, She’s rude obnoxious and trying to talk to you like you are stupid I am not sure if anything could be done about her incompetence. absolutely disgustin... read more
I had a really positive experience with Dr. Morong. It was such a relief to finally understand the underlying cause of my sleep apnea and ongoing symptoms. She took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through multiple treatment options, which made me feel informed and supported. I’m grateful to finally have answers and a clear path forward!
I was referred to Dr Morong for a sleep endoscopy when my Cpap was intolerable. The consultation came very quickly and she was so committed to helping me understand why I struggled, that she squeezed in my endoscopy before I was leaving the country for several months. The follow up came within a few weeks and she was caring, knowledgeable and skilled. I have been referred to two different surgeons to discuss options. I am very grateful to Dr Morong and would recommend her to anyone struggling with sleep issues.
Dr. Morong is very personable, and is able to communicate clearly. She spends time to ensure you understand and are comfortable with your results. I recommend this clinic for anyone with sleep apnea.
