May 2025: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharon Morong from the very first consultation through the procedure and follow-up care. Dr. Morong took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, and the sleep endoscopy diagnostic procedure, answering all my questions with great patience and clarity. The procedure itself was smooth and handled with expert skill, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. I had no adverse effects from the procedure. Dr. Morong helped save my life. She offers crucial medical services for people like me that aren't available anywhere else in this "first world" country. Canada is so unbelievably behind the world in sleep medicine, relying on a fleet of poorly informed "sleep doctors" who refuse to stay up to date with sleep medicine, collecting tax payer money from churning out sleep studies. I have edited my review to reflect that this service was excellent once I was able to schedule, very helpful and kind, I have a disability and the nurse was extremely detailed in how she explained using the device. I would recommend this service to people with autism and everyone else. Thank you
The clinic is very organized, punctual, and professional. Trang and office staff are extremely friendly and provide all necessary information about the appointments and procedures. Dr Morong is so kind and caring. You can tell she truly cares about her patients needs and it’s evident upon first meeting her that she is extremely knowledgeable in the subject of sleep apnea.
