Sleep Easy CPAP is a family business, which doesn't really affect the experience you would expect. However, Randy, Ryan and Connie all make the effort to make you feel at home in their clinic. I feel happy to commute there to chat with them, and I always feel like I am being taken care of. Whenever I had problems, they went out of their way to help me. I was looking to purchase a CPAP Machine for my sleep apnea. I had no knowledge as I never used one before. From the first moment I called until the last second I walked out of their store Randy and Ryan took good care of me. They answered every question I had patiently. They were very knowledgeable and I didnt hear " I don't know " as an answer from them when I asked a question. I am very satisfied and happy that I chose Sleep Easy CPAP for my journey. I was referred to Sleep Easy CPAP by my prosthodontist. Randy, Connie, and Ryan were very professional, kind, and accommodating. They were able to book me in very quickly for a take-home sleep test, and the results were sent to my family physician within the next week. They provided extensive education on sleep apnea, the risks associated with no treatment, and the health benefits of using CPAP to correct the sleep apnea.
