Unnatural sleep positioning and covered with wires. When the tech interrupted my sleep while I was using the mask, he fixed the air leak with some sort of grease—not anything I would use at home, because who wants grease on their linens? When he tightened the mask to an uncomfortable amount, I protested. He insisted, "It was all perception." In the end, all the testing, time, effort, variety of masks, and the machine were a complete waste. I never got used to sleeping like Darth Vader.

I found the staff to be fine. My problem was returning my test apparatus. I went out of my way twice to get the equipment back before closing time and failed. Calling the facility gives the information of closing at 6 PM. The website says 5:30. On Sept. 19, when I got to the facility at 4:45 and they were already closed. I wonder if a facility that can't manage its interface with patients can be trusted to make accurate evaluations regarding studies.

I t was postive. The nurse practitioner I met with before and after, Mary Dennis, clearly explained all aspects of the study, the results, and my options. The technician during the study was professional and attentive. The receptionist, Rachel, was welcoming and helpful.
