We brought our bed there some years ago. We needed to get some replacement legs (lost not a product fault) so sent a message asking if we could buys some more. The response was, "we have them, just come in and get them for free." Great follow-up service.
A really great company to deal with. After the first mattress we chose was wrong for us there was no problem in returning it and getting a replacement. Staff were lovely to deal with and very helpful
