The receptionist was completely rude. I made an appointment months before. When she called for the appointment reminder, she ignored my confusion as to which doctor this was from. When I asked her to clarify twice, she dismissed me and was ready to hang up if I hadn’t had my daughter there. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
