6-years ago I had my sleep study done and they sent this letter asking if I wanted to do a cpap. I checked yes on the letter and they said someone would call me and setup an appt. for me to meet with them and discuss masks and fittings. Nope! I called a few times - no response. Then a machine showed up to my door with a bill. I was floored. I called and left messages with the front desk staff telling them I was supposed to get a fitting.
