I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This receptionist at this office is rude, condescending, and does not listen. The staff is not helpful and delayed scheduling follow up. I have a-fib, go to ER regularly while this office delays and blocks my access to healthcare. At this point, my chances of dying increase by dealing with the lack of response and stress. I would NOT recommend using Sleep Disorder Centers of Mid Atlantic.
CJ was the technician on the night I had my sleep study scheduled. But he is more than a technician. He is kind and understanding. With little stories and riddles and reminders, he truly made me experience very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the process. He also shared a great tip on how to get the goop out of my hair. I highly recommend Sleep Disorders Centers of the Mid-Atlantic.
