I took my son for a sleep study and the room was 90 degrees. I complained and the staff said it was a maintenance issue and they can't do anything about it. THE HEAT WAS ON FULL BLAST IN HIS ROOM. That staff said they didn't even know there was heat in there. About 2 hours in my son started to get heat rash head to toe and started shivering uncontrollably. He was on the verge of heat stroke. At home sleep test was difficult to get set-up. Receptionist seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with my questions. Showed me where to drop off the test once it was completed. Told me nothing about how to adjust the straps for the device or how to set it up, I’m extremely disappointed and am hoping I can at least get my co-pay money back since I was unable to preform the test.
