Extremely frustrated. The actual sleep study was excellent. The attendant was very helpful, courteous and attentive. However, since I received the machine and mask that was recommended, I have had little customer service. I have done everything they have asked. Everything I purchased at their recommendation was online. The products are not working as stated but they will not suggest anything further online. Must come in. This is my health and very frustrating to me. Seems like searching for a co-pay.
