Well my original review gave them 5 stars. Getting to know them and reaching out for help has been horrible. They are not patient focused and have no follow-up skills. Their customer service would be rated at negative numbers if available. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Can't even get in touch with an executive within the company. This would help them understand how pathetic some of the staff are representing their business.
What a horrible place for patient support. The Branford staff do not follow-up and some of them need training in manners. Because of them I have to go out and purchase my own CPAP supplies. They lacked the ability to provide the distributor the right information. I would not recommend this facility. Thw owners of the business are out of touch with their patients. No way to do business. Stay patient focused, which they are not.
