One of the worst experiences ever. Terrible customer service, didn’t answer phones, rushed through preparing me for test, no valet parking, given poor directions. Would never go there again, unless there were no other options. Who is being paid to run this place?
I really had no issues with the sleep lab. The technician handling my overnight study was really nice and informative the entire time. It’s difficult to give 5 stars when the actual process of an overnight sleep study is very uncomfortable. You basically feel like n avatar with all these wires bundled at the back of your head. Definitely bring your own pillow and blanket!
Dr. Kapoor,is the worst. I will “NEVER” go back to him. He’s so awful He has taken me off the road. I haven’t been able to drive in three years. I have been using UBER/LYFT and now I’m biking. Everything has been documented that I’m not allowed to drive. I was diagnosed as severe sleep apnea,insomnia and sounds to me Narcolepsy. He has used me as a Guinea Pig. After my primary and Kapoor told me the sleep study was “covered” by my health insurance. And after I drove 45 min to get it there and back home. After I received the results of being completely inconclusive of a disorder, and after finally the doctor said he can’t do anything for me. I received a $375 bill for my at home test. What doctor can I have confidence in that when they say I am covered, that I can expect to be covered in America? The answer is no where. Worst service ever. Told from the sleep center that my husband has to go today to the Woburn site to get a Covid test for his sleep study and you would not accept any test other than ones done by you. Spent over 2 hours in line waiting, to find out they never put the test in and he cannot get a test. Call the hospital and obviously no one is available. All in all it is a wasted 40 minute drive each direction, to wait 2 hours, to be told oh well. Worst service ever. This is why I hate working with Lahey. Moral of the story. M... read more
