This hospital has great equipment and above-average clinicians. Yet communication is horrible, and the patient care experience is consistently one-star. The Administration must be incompetent.
Not even in downtown and you have to pay for parking! Staff very unprofessional.
I have been going to this hospital for more than decade and a half and paid all my outstanding bills. This past two years have been quite hard. I lost my job and barely having enough to meet my needs and others. I was able to have some people help me keep my insurance and went to lahey for my regular yearly check ups, consequently incurring a balance two different times.
