I went for a sleep test. My tech was Val. She was amazing. I had an anxiety attack and within mins she had me calm an ready. I have never felt like I was welcomed as much as I did with her. She needs to be recognized for her hard work. Very professional and polite.
Doctors referred me to get tests done, number for this department is "no longer in service". They don't reach out to the patients either. This has been ongoing for going on 2 weeks.
Tried 10 times-- yes, 10-- to get in touch! Keep getting a text to call a certain number leading me to a call center that is unfamiliar with the Sleep Center. Finally left voice mail with scheduler, Michelle? --- crickets! They have even blown off my Moses Cone Dr! Go anywhere else but here!!!
