More than 2 months waiting to make an appointment, calling after sending all information about sleep apnea studio and no answers. Maybe the center closes. I would like to give cero Star, but it is not allowing me.
Doctor Goldstein was wonderful but their staff is absolutely horrendous. No follow up contact. A two week follow up turned into 2 months with no contact from the office. I spoke with a "Maggie" and asked to speak with a supervisor. She stated that a "Downa" would contact me and never did. It's a shame that because of insurance we have to go to these spots.
Their doctors are great but their staff, phone wait times and how you are treated in the office is ridiculous. I have waited over an hour on hold. and I have witnessed in person staff ignoring patients, playing on their phones and talking among themselves instead of doing their job!
