I made a mistake when choosing Intermountain Sleep clinic (any location). The incompetence of the rude office administrators and no appointment availability for the next two months, when experiencing medical concerns. The clinic needs to be upfront with potential patients about the lack of appointment availability before starting services with the clinic. Their only area of proficiency is when bills are due you'll receive plenty of notifications. Please read the other reviews not just mine.
I have read everyone complaints, I called and on the first try got someone to speak with. They showed me how to use my oxygen reader and it was simple. Thanks for making this easy
Cannot get ahold of anyone, just called and there message said they were at lunch from 12:15 till 12:45, is 12:02 right now. Have all of your doctors quit?
I I called at 350 and no one answered. They said they’re open till five.
They spent 5 minutes showing me a mannequin with equipment on for the sleep study. Then handed me the equipment to use and said there were instructions in the bag. Then they wanted to send me on my way. I had to stop them to ask questions. The instructions enclosed weren't helpful.
