I wish I could give negative stars. After waiting over a week to hear back from them about setting up an at-home sleep study, I called their office. After being on hold for 12 minutes a receptionist answered, but didn't give her name. She was very rude and then hung up on me without providing any help or information. Now I don't even know what the next steps are.
They never answer their phone and they don't call back. It also took 3 hours for my first visit. I have decided to go elsewhere. Lazy people need to get a fire lit under their butts or get new people working their who aren't lazy.
Just like all of the other reviews left for this clinic, they don't return messages or calls. Which makes things unnecessarily difficult when trying to fill a prescription for a cpap. They don't care at all about your health or well being. Avoid at all costs.
Called during business hours was placed on hold & then they hung up on me. Called back & rec'd a message that they were closed but it was still within business hours.
My experience here was bad, like everyone. The children running the sleep study made noise, all night. It was impossible to sleep being that we are all there with sleeping issues. If you don't get a response, don't be afraid to call your own insurance for help. Be abusive on the phone, if needed. These people are bad at their jobs and don't deserve the respect we would show to others. They were very slow to get my machine. I had to call and complain .
