So I was called on my first visit and said that the tech was sick 🤢 and that they would have to reschedule. Ok no problem. But them when it was time for the next visit sleep study I was Very sick with my crohn’s and fibromyalgia and there was no way I could sleep cause I would be on the toilet and pain all night. Absolutely unprofessional. I had two sleep studies. I don’t even know what the results mean. I had a 10 minute phone call and was advised to buy a CPAP machine. I understand equipment is on back order, but the billing department is sloppy. The technicians lack empathy. I waited months for my machine- only for them to refuse to schedule a visit to use the machine. I didn’t take possession of the machine. We recently had to do a sleep study for my three year old daughter. After being contacted and given two options for appointments, we selected a weekend appointment because of our work schedules. The week leading up to the appointment, we had not received any paperwork or instructions, so we reached out to clarify.
