Pick up the phone please
No one answers the phone or replies to emails or voicemails. They have no lobby and customer service is non-existent to even be terrible. Wish the VA sent me elsewhere. I am just trying to get my results!
Been a patient here for a few years. Over the last 6 months I have been unable to get them to order me supplies and for the last 2 months, I can’t get them to return a phone call. Here is the reply I finally got when I stated I was going to find a new doctor…. “Mr. Reeves, I have been doing sleep studies at night AND trying to help in the clinic. So far, my rating of this place is "zero". I have an important question to ask these people, and I can never get through by phone. Every time I call, it auto routes the call to voice mail, but you cant leave a message because the "mail box is full". The receptionist should be fired for inability to perform his/her job.
