No one answers the phone or replies to emails or voicemails. They have no lobby and customer service is non-existent to even be terrible. Wish the VA sent me elsewhere. I am just trying to get my results!
Been a patient here for a few years. Over the last 6 months I have been unable to get them to order me supplies and for the last 2 months, I can’t get them to return a phone call. Here is the reply I finally got when I stated I was going to find a new doctor…. “Mr. Reeves, I have been doing sleep studies at night AND trying to help in the clinic.
