I went in to pick up equipment and learn to use the device. I was told it would be a watch that I would be getting but when I arrived for my appointment they said all of the watches were gone and so I would be given a finger pulse odometer to wear. I feel like they should have let me know the watches were gone before I came in. There’s a big difference between wearing a watch vs a bulky finger device to sleep. I decided to decline and reschedule. Wasted my time today and now I have to reschedule for next week.
