Great experience for my initial visit with PA Karleigh. She was really understanding of my concerns, took time to listen and educated me on the plan moving forward. It's a breath of fresh air when the doctor cares about your care! 10/10.
Went to an appointment recently and I’m not impressed the Physician Assistant mentioned a new shot for overweight people with sleep apnea. I refuse to be on a shot with so many side effects. Don’t like anyone pushing a weight loss drug that would be more harmful than beneficial. I’ll be looking for a new clinic to go to!
Never in my life have I been spoken to in a more rude and condescending manner than I was today by KYLIE HARVEY, "Office Administrator." Whoever assigned her to speak with the public either made a giant mistake, or picked her specifically for her above-average talent at treating people like garbage. I don't know what other options there are for Sleep Care, but if you are still in the planning stages I recommend you look elsewhere immediately. Hopefully no one ever treats Kylie's relatives the way she treats others.
An absolute waste of time. I had a referral elsewhere but switched to here since it was closer for me. One and a half weeks after my referral was sent to them, I got a message that they're behind and haven't even entered it yet. At two weeks a I asked if I should be looking elsewhere. They replied and said it was up to me, but that once my referral was verified that wouldn't likely be able to schedule me due to a waiting list. I do appreciate them reaching out to me, but I'll be looking elsewhere for sure.
Horrible service since UR took over. They have closed my case twice for not being seen recently enough. After the first time they closed my case I tried to schedule the next appointment so my case would stay open. They would not do this. They said they would call me to schedule when the time came.. They are currently unable (unwilling?) to even schedule an appointment until July (it's now May). They claim they will call be to schedule a new patient appointment in July.
