LOCATION CLOSED!! This location has permanently closed since May 25 of 2018. I had placed many calls asking about getting my prescription for my CPAP machine after my second sleep study taken there, and never heard back. I got so sick and tired of waiting for a reply I went there myself and found out that they closed permanently. Because they closed, I never received the report on my second sleep study so I couldn't receive my prescription for my mask. My fiance Jon Whiting went there for a sleep study and they are the worst! If you're looking for a sleep study I suggest go somewhere else. The doctor isn't very helpful and can't figure anything out, after calling a bunch of times in a row to get a hold of someone no one ever answers and you have to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back and when they do its not for weeks. I had appointment next month , I guess it canceled now.
They scheduled me to get fitted to my machine, I go there at my scheduled time and no one was there. I called next business day and I talked to a person very briefly and she said someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called every day for a week and half. How can a business just close their door when they ja e people scheduled and have their property that insurance is paying for.
Were is dr. mac auley. I hear they shut down and didn"t even tell the employees. West Branch office locked. No phone call or cancellation of my appt. . Were are all my records so I can transfer them to a new Dr.
