If i could give this No stars I would. Had sleep study done 7/22/22 for my daughters upcoming surgery. Its 8/9 and i amd At surgeons office and told The interpretation still is NOT DONE !!! I cant schedule her surgery without it. I called only to be told the interpreting doctor was away!! I Took a day off of work assuming report was ready and it they could care less; this was despite me Letting them know the urgency and importance of this upon scheduling of the test.
Don't waste your time with this place! You will die in your sleep waiting for them to get their act together!!! After going back-and-forth with these people for over 3 weeks with them passing blame on each other, it finally started to seem like they were making progress. I had my script sent over from my primary and they said it was the wrong script.(after I had to call them back because i haven't heard anything in over a week.) I had them send the paperwork over to my primary directlyI so there wouldn't be any more problems... read more
