Staff are polite but the parking infrastructure will trap you/leave you stranded. The staff will tell you, " no need to validate, the gate will be open". It will not be open. The pay station will then eat your ticket leaving you with a useless coupon. Then you'll wait 30 min for the staff to help you to leave. Horrible experience.
IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment even with doctor referral.
It was a good experience. The staff are knowledgeable and polite, they walk you through every step well so you are not left wondering what's going on and what's being done if you are a first timer. I didn't see any temperature control so I was happy brought my blanket. Another thing that can affect some people's sleep is the light in the hallway and some noise when other patients are being prepared for the study. If I really didn’t have sever sleep apnea , I wouldn’t ever set foot on this place in my entire life !! They also used the same equipment that I already bought!!
