This place lost my results and even though my primary doctor had been trying to get a hold of them and I have been calling to get my results they won’t give me anything unless my doctor calls and even then they haven’t sent my results. The rooms are very boring looking and even though Heath was a great tech, everything else was just off!
Client arrived at the study at 8:30 pm, half hour early as directed by the facility. Door locked, tech didn't show up to unlock til 25 minutes later, 5 minutes before study was scheduled to start. Another patient arrived 15 minutes after we did, with his study scheduled for 9:15 pm. We both waited outside patiently. We told tech when he did finally arrive when our medical-assist van ride was scheduled to come the next morning at 5 am, per our instructions from the Sleep facility, He said that no, he was locking the facility ... read more
The local technician is nice and knowledgeable. Their administrative office is in Orange County and they are difficult to reach and work with. They do not seem to care about their patients.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away from this place. I made an appointment on December 10 for February 18. I was told I would receive more information before my appointment. So, I finally called Desert Oasis Insurance Company, but they could not get anyone on the phone. After 4pm today, I received a call 5 hours before to confirm that I was there at 9pm. That was not good enough. They said they were short-staffed and would now be charged $250 for a show. I called the insurance company, which I've had for four year... read more
The worst! Any other business would be "Out Of Business" if they took - now over 7 weeks - to get the results to your doctor. As of this review, 1/21/25 my doctor still has not received the results of my sleep study. Avoid this business, there are better out there.
