If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away from this place. I made an appointment on December 10 for February 18. I was told I would receive more information before my appointment. So, I finally called Desert Oasis Insurance Company, but they could not get anyone on the phone. After 4pm today, I received a call 5 hours before to confirm that I was there at 9pm. That was not good enough. They said they were short-staffed and would now be charged $250 for a show. I called the insurance company, which I've had for four year... read more
The worst! Any other business would be "Out Of Business" if they took - now over 7 weeks - to get the results to your doctor. As of this review, 1/21/25 my doctor still has not received the results of my sleep study. Avoid this business, there are better out there.
Very dirty and grimey, and been 4 weeks still havent received a call back had to track down my own results to get them to my doctor
The only problem I encountered was the Fact that no one was on site, and the telephone service sucked. Once in the place was cool and comfortable Almost like a motel. Nice attendant.
Never get a call back. I took a sleep test almost 4 weeks ago now. No reports sent to drs. Call and it is an answering machine again. Called to set up appointment to start with and rude receptionist answers says they didn't have my referral. Yes, they did have my referral according to my insurance company. The actual test site is in a strip mall. Bed was uncomfortable without a private restroom. No fans or fresh air while sleeping. The only thing good was the poor technician doing the testing.
