I went in for my initial consultation appointment and everyone was so nice! I expressed my SEVERE anxiety and panic regarding dental appointments and they were so considerate and understanding and walked me through everything as they were doing it. Abbey was so thoughtful, even closing the door to help muffle the drilling sound coming from a nearby room to help ease my nerves after telling her how anxious I was! I was a mess the day I was seen. I came in for an urgent appointment (I’ve never been seen as a patient there) and they were able to see me and get me out of pain. It ended up being a bit of a process, but because the doctor and the assistant were so understanding and caring, it really helped make things a lot smoother. I am terrified of the dentist which is why I ended up with a dental emergency, but they did such a great job with me and the anxiety I have 🥹 it’s interactions like these that slowly help my fear get better ... read more
