Service was great. They went above and beyond to assist and make things right.
Both the intake person and the NP were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, patient, and clearly cared a LOT. The NP put up with a massive amount of my yapping and was still incredibly friendly. I get nervous around new doctors and they both made my experience very positive
*Edit Update* Many months later, having met with Mickey, she exemplifies the rewards and accolades! She is indeed patient, thorough, and a pleasant person to work with. She even went beyond on my care in further explaining and clarifying the OA, and the current transition to a new solution. Highly recommend her if you are seen by her! It was for a virtual appointment. Had some communication difficulties but they were mostly from my side. Otherwise, it was a good, informative appointment. Both the receptions and NP were very friendly and professional. Thanks.
