I saw Dr. Kirby today, assisted by Mickey and Raisha, to go over the results of my sleep study. I really enjoyed the interaction and the analysis, and felt I got a pretty thorough review of my diagnosis of Stage 1 sleep apnea. Dr. Kirby was relatable and also has mild sleep apnea, so he told me how long he has been using an oral appliance. Natalie, Lakesha and April just ran a session with myself and 6 other new patients. I must admit I was anxious and eager to receive my oral appliance asap as my sleep has been very disrupted, but it was 100% worth waiting to the session today. They were able to very easily and clearly explain how to use; adjust, clean and maintain my new appliance. Additionally they explained what to expect and what next steps are, and were able to answer questions from myself and other patients. Can’t wait till bedtime tonight!
