It was pleasure dealing with sleep country costumer service , I got best deal , a gentleman named Mo and Manish , I’m looking forward to get more deals at this store
Beware of Dishonest Sales! I bought a mattress from this store, and the manager, Manish, never mentioned it was pre-owned. I only found out when Sleep Country customer service called me on delivery day. When I confronted Manish, he casually said, “I use three of them at home.” No apology, nothing. I had to go back to the store and wait 10 days for a refund. If I hadn’t received that call, I would have unknowingly paid full price for a used mattress. Stay away from this store!
Came in looking to buy a purple mattress, the guy working was on the phone , having a seemingly personal conversation behind the desk. He seemed slightly irritated by the interruption but asked if I needed help while still seated and on the phone. Since I already had a brand in mind I told him I could wait until he was finished and walked through the store. Great sales team. Harry and Manish took the time to meet my sleep needs. Great service and very knowledgeable when it came to my sleep needs and mattress type. Great pricing on there products. Would highly recommend this location.
