The service your sales team, Jamie Noda and Anuj Gupta provide is extraordinary. Their mattress knowledge and experience is why we return to purchase from Sleep Country, at your 1195 W block Broadway store. They supported a return and exchange and strongly and successfully advocated on our behalf. They stand behind the products they sell! Delivery staff were great, strong, on time and accommodating. Only issue was with the Bloom mattress encasement zipper. It broke a few times while putting it on and we ending up using tape.... read more
What an unbelievable experience. Jamie was super funny and so professional. She told me exactly what I needed and recommended the best options in line with my budget. She was so friendly and my experience was a one of a kind. You have to come here and ask for Jamie. 5/5 star and great for fellow students do come for a new mattress.
Anuj was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the beds, and dedicated to helping me find the right fit for me and making sure I am choosing the right option for years to come. The price was also great and he definitely made an effort to get us a good price that works. I recommend coming here and taking your time choosing the right bed.
My fiancee and I had a fantastic experience. We got great value on our purchases, and Jamie was knowledgeable, honest, and just all around delightful.
