Don provided an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, he asked how he could help and gave us great suggestions based on our needs. Wow! What an incredible experience shopping for pillows! Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed. Learned a lot and looking forward to better sleeps zZz
This particular location is special - because of Don. It’s always the places that manage to maintain their senior salespeople that do the best! His knowledge and ability to navigate their internal systems to give the customer the best prices possible is what has kept me coming back twice and will recommend this location and company to people through word of mouth. Just update your systems from the ground up! Don’t update your people like all the other large corporations. I drove 40 minutes just to have this experience.
