Had the most amazing experience at Sleep Country Broadway. Jamie was sensational, she was amazing, we bought our mattress from this store 7 years ago and it had developed some issues, Jamie helped us with the warranty process which was seamless and then we went back and selected a replacement mattress once the warranty came through. She was so friendly, amazing, professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly super patient with us as my wife has back problems so she needs a particular mattress, Jamie made that magic hap... read more

Jamie provided great service and expert knowledge
Anush was friendly, respectful, and professional without being overbearing. He made sure we had enough time on our own to try out all the mattresses without having to constantly be looking over our shoulders that a staff person was there. He also was not pushy and let us ask all the questions we wanted. Anush ended up giving us a great deal that we couldn't refuse, after making several recommendations. The location was clean and had lots of selection. It was a great experience overall.
