Nothing foreshadowed any trouble. Today was set aside as a special day so that our kids would be at school and my wife and I could take our time choosing a good mattress, gathering as much information as possible, and deciding which mattress would truly suit us. We visited many furniture stores while shopping for a new bed frame, and Trent stood out as the best. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Excellent service. Highly recommend asking for him.
Went in looking for our first time mattress purchase, went better than expected. We went in just wanting to test a few and instead made all of our purchases (mattress, pillows, mattress protector, and duvet). Craig K was phenomenal, he helped us stay within our budget which we thought would just be for the mattress but instead got everything for the same budget! Definitely recommend if looking for a mattress.
From Sales to Delivery, my experience was smooth. Loved the positivity and suggestions by the sales team. Thanks Forest, for sharing All my options. ILove the exchange policy, if you want to upgrade. I got a simple Bloom bed, but splurged on the sheets. So worth it.
