Would not recommend buying a mattress from Sleep Country. Out of the dozens of mattresses in the store, only 3 were seemingly fit for our medium firmness preference (all priced 2.5K+). We had to pry for information around quality, pricing on each changed many times. We really needed a new mattress so ended up going for one of the 3. The mattress is okay, though weighs so much that it is hard to lift to change sheets. thorough knowledge of products but brusque communication...
I had a great experience buying a bed and Mihraz was the sales representative! He was very professional, patient, and gave me plenty of time to decide without any pressure. He also offered the best deal, making it an excellent value for the quality. The bed is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed. From start to finish, the process was smooth. I highly recommend Mihraz to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service from this location!
Great service, helpful staff highly recommend. Got a new bed and was delivered with no issues. Will definitely be back to get another bed when i need to replace
Months and months of going back and forth with these guys and they claim that a dented $2000+ mattress is normal wear and tear. I'm 160 lbs, I'm not a heavy person by any means. These guys don't stand behind their product. Mattresses shouldn't dent easily, especially within the first year. Very dishonest store, I'm never purchasing from a Sleep Country again
