I had a great experience buying a bed and Mihraz was the sales representative! He was very professional, patient, and gave me plenty of time to decide without any pressure. He also offered the best deal, making it an excellent value for the quality. The bed is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed. From start to finish, the process was smooth. I highly recommend Mihraz to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service from this location!

Months and months of going back and forth with these guys and they claim that a dented $2000+ mattress is normal wear and tear. I'm 160 lbs, I'm not a heavy person by any means. These guys don't stand behind their product. Mattresses shouldn't dent easily, especially within the first year. Very dishonest store, I'm never purchasing from a Sleep Country again
Months of going back and forth with them, they are not honoring their warranty. Go to IKEA and buy a quality mattress for a reasonable price, it's what I had to do. $2000+ and the mattress dents within a year. My back can't take this anymore and management isn't willing to help at all.
Very mean customer service i went there on wed evening the guy was very rude and after looking at stuff when i decided not to buy anything i think he started murmured bad word upon asking what was it got nervous and said Nthg wouldnt recommend the place!!
