My sleep study was a joke. First the machine didn't work so the staff literally came into my room 3 times while I'm trying to sleep turning on lights and moving furniture to get to the wall port where the machine connects. The bed was uncomfortable and you get these cheap plastic covered pillows to sleep on so I may have gotten an hour of rest that night. Very disappointed in this office, from beginning to end. Threatened to charge me $500 if I didn't show yet had told.me.it had been canceled. It has been over 2 months and still have not received my results. Alot of incompetence in that office. Too many issues to even list in this review.
I had a great experience twice the overnight tech made me feel soo comfortable
One of the worst experiences I've had with a medical office. Paid my $60 copay for an appointment with someone who apparently isn't a doctor, "Ms. Kim", brought both my APAP machines in for readings more than a week ago. Got a call yesterday saying "The doctor (whom I never saw) would like to see you in three months." All I wanted, and I made this clear when I scheduled the appointment, was a prescription for a new APAP machine.
