I'm tired. Not only physically but also dealing with humans that talk like they're posting on Instagram, or such. They tend to think they already know what you need to hear and simply do not listen. You can not interrupt them. Even after you get a chance to speak, and it's determined there is nothing the clinic can do to help, you will still be asked if there's anything they can help you with. I am very happy with the support, information, encouragement provided to me by Wodonga Sleep Clinic. I am amazed at how the cpap machine has changed my life. No more snoring, no more stopping breathing, no more anxious husband. And I have more energy to do things next day. I feel rested and now sleep well. Staff very helpful and friendly
Went here following a recommendation after an awful experience at another clinic. The service here could not have been more different. Changed machine settings and my mask as everything from the previous clinic was incorrect.
Very poor experience. I was unfortunately delayed in returning the apparatus due to car issues and ill health. I was in constant contact with sleep clinic trying to sort it all out. They want payment of $600 late fees before they will even consider processing my test results. I paid the $100 on the day for the test. Currently going through Consumer affairs to hopefully obtain my $100 payment back. Feeling very badly treated by an organisation that appears to just focus on money
