Great service while in store. Selection was probably the best for the various mattress places we went shopping at. Nick was great for sales as well as delivery. Made the process very easy. We paid for delivery/haul away, and they were quick and polite throughout the process. The timing of the call before arrival was great to make sure you are ready to go. If you need a mattress, I'd highly recommend getting one from Sleep City.

We ordered a firm Queen size bed for our son. Amazing bed, great price, and the guys who delivered it were top notch. Nick and Charlie took the old bed away and set up the new one so quickly. They were professional and super nice.

My wife and I came in looking to upgrade our mattress. The sales person that helped us was Morgan. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He walked us through the process and let us know how long to expect for our new bed. Thank you Morgan for being a great salesperson.

Had to make a mattress purchase ASAP! Selected Sleep city based on ratings-and they were right! Morgan was amazing. Great salesman who took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. This will be the place for all our mattress purchases.

This is the second mattress we've purchased here. Both times, Morgan has been our salesperson and his customer service is truly second-to-none. He has a customer for life with us.
