We expected a full day of hauling our baby around to mattress stores and I'm so glad this was our first stop. Charlie. is. awesome. If you want to skip the whole "salesman" experience and get a great bed, he's the man. He was good with our baby, helpful with mattress information, and they were very quick and polite with delivery. I wish more customers would leave the 5 star reviews I know this place is earning. 10/10 recommend and if we need another bed we're coming back here :)
Great service while in store. Selection was probably the best for the various mattress places we went shopping at. Nick was great for sales as well as delivery. Made the process very easy. We paid for delivery/haul away, and they were quick and polite throughout the process. The timing of the call before arrival was great to make sure you are ready to go. If you need a mattress, I'd highly recommend getting one from Sleep City.
We ordered a firm Queen size bed for our son. Amazing bed, great price, and the guys who delivered it were top notch. Nick and Charlie took the old bed away and set up the new one so quickly. They were professional and super nice.
My wife and I came in looking to upgrade our mattress. The sales person that helped us was Morgan. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He walked us through the process and let us know how long to expect for our new bed. Thank you Morgan for being a great salesperson.
Had to make a mattress purchase ASAP! Selected Sleep city based on ratings-and they were right! Morgan was amazing. Great salesman who took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. This will be the place for all our mattress purchases.
