I went to Sleep City in Windsor looking for a new pillow. Lou listened to my story and showed me some he recommended. He also suggested a few beds to try, that he thought might help my issues as well. Long story short, I went in looking for a new pillow and walked out with a new mattress, pillows, and sheets. Working with Lou was great, and I can’t wait to start sleeping on my new bed. Thanks Lou!
My husband and I went in to the Windsor Sleep City store and Lou greeted us in a very professional and respectful way. We didn’t know what we were exactly looking for - apparently mattresses have evolved quite a bit over the past 10-15 years.
