I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the mattress. It is a continuing problem regardless of the day and time. It's 2019 and they still putting people off past the time frame to receive their purchases. Was told when I ordered I would have my products within two weeks. I called to follow up. Nobody could find my order at the time and had to be called back. Once I was finally contacted it was still another supposed to weeks out. NEVER AGAIN. We spent $3200 on a new mattress that we have yet to see. The day we bought it, the saleswoman was nice, but was definitely just trying to sell us a bed. Since we were desperate for something better than our current bed, we decided to cough up the money that day to get a new and better bed. We were told that the bed was not in the store and would have to be delivered. It would take no more than 2 weeks. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks so far.
