i love beds
Bought a pillow top matress. I was told I have to buy the $50 mattress cover for the warranty to be valid so I did. Not even a year later and the pillow top has shifted off the bed. They refuse to honor the warranty because it has a coffee stain, that was the whole point of the $50 mattress cover. They said nothing would soak through it, and if it did they would clean it. These people are nothing but liars and scammers. Today I will be contacting a lawyer!
I have bought 2 mattress sets from Sleep Cheap The quality and service are exceptional. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I plan on going back for any future needs.
The owner made the experience great. She even made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Great place with a good dose of Southern Hospitality!
