When I arrived at facility there was no one at the front desk and you have to call for them. The atmosphere is very casual and no professionalism here. You will have to wait for 30-40 min or an hour or so for paperwork. And there is more wait after this till they prep you fo study. Room is near to highway so you can hear the traffic noise and close to a funeral home. So good luck for the restful sleep and great study results.
