RecommendedI can’t praise the staff highly enough. I came to them as a new patient in crisis and they went way out of their way to take care of me & get me into a machine to help me sleep. My partner is also a satisfied patient & I plan to schedule my son for a sleep study soon. 5 stars from me.
Please staff your company correctly. You are WAY too understaffed to handle the volume of work. Greed driven healthcare is not effective healthcare.
Was told to be here at 10pm, mind you I’m usually in bed and asleep by 7pm. Get there at 9:45 they take me to my room and said they would be with me soon and to relax... midnight comes and they still aren’t in the room and I’m extremely exhausted!!! Bunch of bs!
While they had no problems calling my wife numerous times asking her questions about me for upcoming sleep study. They forgot to research me and they cold not find me in the computer. Love the office staff, the rest the jury is still out on. Not very satisfiedwith them right now.
Took almost two months to get in when I did they scheduled me for the wrong office so I had to drive and hour instead of 10 minutes. Once in I had 3 appointments never seen the same doctor twice. I told the dr my issue they totally ignored my were worried more about sleep apnea than my insomnia! How are you supposed to stay asleep if u can't get to sleep in the first place! Then when it was all said and done I got a $1000 bill from them and nasty phone calls from a women about paying for a service that they did absolutely no... read more
Wonderful people here who are professional and courteous. They took the time to explain what was happening and why. They deserve more than 5 stars.
