I had a sleep study done 3 weeks ago and might get my results by Friday. The person doing my study was nice, but really told me nothing about when to expect my results. Just a hint about customer service, if you’re back logged give people a shout out that unless something is urgent, it will be a longer turn around and when people call asking about their results, don’t say oh their so busy, tells me I’m not important.
I have to change my review, over time, I am struggling with so many issues and not really finding the proper guidance. I have been going here for probably close to 2 years now and I never get my supplies on time. I have been waiting for my supplies for over a month this time, I called three times, last week I was told they'd be shipped right away on Wednesday, I called Monday when I didn't receive them, no one returned my call, so I called Wednesday and the order was just placed the day before. Didn't send me any supplies for 8 months, front desk Noreen, total nightmare.cause many health problems.
