Had sleep study and MLST there, the techs were kind. I feel like they could have walked me through what was going to happen better and given some idea as to what the environment would be like. I would have brought my favorite blanket and pillow, they do have a refrigerator for food. There is nothing to do if you have an MSLT, no TV ect during the day. So definitely bring your own entertainment. I think had I been better prepared it would have been much easier to get through.
