My experience with St. Elizabeth Sleep Medicine has been mostly disappointing. My initial appointment was great; Dr. Willmott seems very invested in treating his patients and sharing his expertise. However, this office delayed my care for 3 months while I was struggling with sleep apnea. They scheduled an in-lab sleep study but waited until 2 weeks before the study to check to see if my insurance would cover it. I have had a sleep study scheduled for 3+ months only to be told a week prior to the scheduled appointment that it’s being cancelled and now have to wait 2 more months for availability to do a home study. If the facility is this “backed up” to this extent then maybe they shouldn’t take on new patients that causes backup. I have been waiting for months, and to be told I now have to wait even longer because of how many patients “this is happening to” is the worst customer/patient experience I’ve ever had. The Dr I’ve seen is really nice but one of the ladies that answer the phone is absolutely rude. I had received a voice mail that the place I chose to get my Machine from didn’t take my insurance and they left on the voice mail two locations that did that I just needed to tell them where to send it. I tried to call back do that and the lady who answered kept rudely just saying you need to know your insurance and I was trying to explain the voice mail and ask to have them send to the location they called and said I could send ... read more
