Rude, rude, rude! Noreen wasn't there to help or make appointments. She didn't seem to want to make any appointment for me and said the Dr.Greatens was very busy and probably didn't have time to see me until May 2025. I'll go elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Greatens a few months ago in Crosby, after seeing two of Essentia's sleep providers for about a year and having them continually gaslight me and/or ignore me. First off, his nurse was so amazing, she's the only one to get a fairly normal blood pressure reading off me in a doctor's office setting (white coat) she was so calming and fun, relatable even. Called on July 3rd to let them know my machine was broken and I needed a re-placement. After numerous phone calls and promises that a machine was on the way, no machine. It is late in the afternoon July12, mail was delivered and still no machine. No return phone calls that were promised and no machine. I hope they don’t treat all clients the same. Worst service I have ever encountered
