Absolutely frustrating. Once again the Cpap company needs the doctors and nurses to confirm that I’m using machine once again they have not done that this is not the first time this has happened and you can’t get a hold of anybody without standing on your head and turning blue.! I looked at the reviews. I guess I’m not the only one it still doesn’t make it any easier.
Only giving two stars because doctor masilinski is a very good doctor who cares about his patients. Make no mistake about that. But the staff are terrible. Nobody ever ever ever answers the phone here. ever. Ive been waiting months to have my prescription refilled because I cannot ever speak to anybody. I remember when they used to answer once in a while atleast and use the excuse of being understaffed constantly. But now they just dont answer at all. And its sad because pantcho is a great doctor and I wish I could continue ... read more
I called this number and got a hold of a helpful scheduler who gave me a slot from an appointment that had just been canceled. I had tried other numbers listed for them elsewhere that did not reach them. This number listed on Google is the correct one.
