Out of the 20-something hospitals I've been to buy for the worst
3 hours in the emergency room waiting room to not be seen. Ill just drive myself to independence. Waste of time if you're having an emergency
If I could do a 0 I would! My mom is going through cancer and needing to drain her lung. She's in pain and on pain medication. She ran out of medication when it was supposed to be refilled. She came in to refill it and they accused her of just wanting drugs. They found out she had a blood clot and had no interest in helping her. She had to come in to get shots in the morning and evening. They said she could come in whatever time and get it. It just had to be in the morning and evening. Went in waited in my car for 3 hours to be denied pain meds and fluids twice and when I complained I got a security guard escort everywhere I went. HORRIBLE!!!! DO BETTER
Horrible experience staff doesn't care about requests on not having a certain midwife deliver due to a past experience. Blew 1 veins on each arm. Doesn't care about personal needs or wants from patients. Rude and inconsiderate. Glad they get to decide when your baby is supposed to be due. Didn't listen to wishes or wants
