I have been a patient of Dr. Hasan's for several years, when he had his own clinic, we could call and if we had to leave a message we were called back in a reasonable amount of time, since he had to move his office across the street things have really changed. When you call the nurse or the front desk 99% of the time you have to leave a message, mostly numerous messages and most of the time you don't get a call back, we usually have to call the patient advocate at the hospital to get anything done. My children and I have been patients of Family Practice for 30 years. Their doctors and nurses are amazing (once you get past the office staff). Today being a Saturday, they're closed. The on-call doctor called me back within 5 minutes and saved me an ER visit! I can't thank them enough for the care my family has received over the years!
Want to hear the definition of irony? I take a non narcotic medication, (you can not get high on it, again you can not get high on it again can not get high on it) it's to stop me from becoming overly excited and becoming aggressive. Since I moved back from Columbia at no fault of my physician I can not get the actual dose or have a refill without jumping through a bunch of hoops that would push a normal person over the edge for a medication that you can not get high on.
