I had a very different experience than the other reviewers here. Dr. Eapen and his staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. Very good bedside manner. I certainly didn't have to pay for my test results. I wasn't thrilled at having to leave at 5:30, but they're there to test your sleep, not pamper you. I need to go back to get my sleep apnea retested, so maybe I'll update this review at that point.
I went to get a new c-pap machine and was turned away because it had been 3 years since my last sleep study. My insurance company said that the prescription was good for 10 years but Dr. Ahmed refused to provide a copy because he wanted me to go through the entire process again...I thought I was a patient, but left feeling as if I was just a source of income. I will never go back to this practice...ever!
Doctor demko said this was like a hotel maybe in Afghanistan it smells so bad the the room was Cold noisy the staff cold and I'm polite the bed was a old hospital bed that was hard as arock they gave like five hours to sleep kick you out at five thirty in the morning all that money not even a beverage she gave me a towel to wipe all the junk off with its Run by babu eapen Who makes you go to his office and pay for your test results when he shows up i never got mine stay away from this place it's all bad News and doctor eapen... read more
