Zero stars if it were an option! Seems like everyone here is sleeping soundly, probably while on the job. The doctor said they’d call me to schedule my next appointment, but of course, they never did. When I called myself two weeks after my initial appointment, the staff acted guilty but couldn’t even muster a real apology. If you can’t figure out why people leave bad reviews… you’ve answered your own question.
I don’t know what these other reviews are about, I had a good experience. They sound like habitual complainer Karen’s who can’t live without having a doctors appt once a week, munchausens anybody?

1 Star I would give zero stars if I could. I had a 9 AM appointment at Providence Missoula Pulmonology & Sleep Science on June 9, 2025, and I have never felt more dismissed or disrespected by a medical office. Despite being a long-standing patient using a BiPAP machine and dealing with serious health issues—including complex PTSD from past medical negligence—I was blamed for not scheduling follow-up appointments that I was never told were my responsibility.
