From my first visit with Marie and her guidance through my visit with Amanda. First class. You got me in very quick. Amanda reviewed data that I had only been able to obtain less than 24 hours before our appointment and get my prescription over to my cpap provider ASAP , which was very much appreciated, since my current unit was experiencing a drop in performance. The renewal of my CPAP prescription was so convenient and efficient. The process was very easy to use and the doctor was so pleasant to visit with. It took only a short appointment and my sleep therapy will be continued. This was much better than waiting in a room for an hour to see a sleep doctor. Thank you for such a great experience.
Quick, easy, convenient way to get a renewal Rx for CPAP machine. Easier and quicker than getting an in-person appt. With a coupon from The CPAP Shop, it was cheaper than my co-pay would have been.
Excellent. I have a working APAP and wanted a travel one. My sleep has greatly improved. I asked my doc for a prescription for another one, and they wanted me to come back in! Ain't nobody got time for that! I was able to get my prescription renewed online. Without the APAP, my AHI is 18, with it, it's under 1. My APAP is fine. There was no reason to schedule time off of work and take my machine in and see the doctor to get it renewed. Thanks Sleep Care Online. It only cost me $25 more than my copay. Well worth it.
