Was out of town when my CPAP machine quit working. Was able to schedule a zoom appointment for the next day. Appt was smooth and professional. Prescription recieved in a matter of hours! Should be able to have new equipment shipped before I get home. Highly recommend their service!
I was surprised how easy this appointment went. My Dr was very knowledgeable and helped me get my new prescription for my cpap. She explained risks if I don't use it and how to operate it so it is the most comfortable. She also showed me how to change the settings:)
