Great experience from ordering the testing device, first appointment, three nights of testing and discussing the results! I spoke to my family doctor 8 months ago about needing a referral to a specialist. I was still waiting when I found Sleep Care Online! The Sleep Care Online prescription renewal for CPAP machine replacement was very easy and straightforward. When we had a glitch with the Zoom meeting connection, they called my cell and continued through the process. They were able to get my prescription process completed successfully in a very short time. The cost is very reasonable and I feel that this is an excellent alternative for long term CPAP users who don't want an unneeded sleep study and multiple in person doctor visits just to replace an aging CPAP machine. Easy-Peezy, short consultation, efficient process, reasonable price, no sleep study, no insurance hassles, works with my CPAP equipment supplier. Time saver too. I highly recommend this service for those who need to renew a script like I had to. This cut at least a month off the time to get a new machine if I had gone through insurance, which asked me to take a new sleep study even though as I explained numerous time to the the sleep center I HAVE BEEN USING CPAP CONTINOUSLY SINCE 2008. The process went smoothly but Sleep care online dropped the ball with my prescription. They said they would forward the script to the Cpap Shop (their sales dept) but they never did! After a few phone calls things were fixed quickly. I try to give thoughtful reviews and this issue was resolved. A quick edit and four stars for convenience and value, THANKYOU
Good experience. Easy to do test at home. One note- after purchasing online - you must have the consultation before they send the at-home test to you. Instructions on steps could be slightly better and still effective way to get prescription for sleep apnea if needed.
