My online Dr. Harmadeep Singh, Melissa D and the entire team made my experience very pleasant, very helpful, streamlined and extremely efficient. The process was simple and easy. I simply scheduled an appointment with Sleep Care Online, connected to the appointment via ZOOM at the given date/time, talked to a Sleep Care doctor about my treatment and needs. Very simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this service.
The convenience of ordering at the CPAP Shop and then getting my prescription renewed was great. The Doctor Zoom visit was quick and convenient the path to get there not so much. When going to the Sleep Care Online on my phone to make my appointment I was unable to put code in I bought because it was blocked by the drop down above so I tried the phone number that went nowhere (I found out later it was down for 4 days or more). I sent an email with the code and that got straightened out was told to use the chatbot to get my... read more
Simple and easy. I did receive an erroneous phone number to contact Sleep Care Online. The phone number was received as an email attachment from the online company I purchased my CPAP. I recognized the error when the person answering the bogus phone number asked me for personal information and bank account and routing numbers....DB.
