Great service and real commitment. I had an issue with my CPAP machine while I was overseas in Australia (I’m from France), and they genuinely went out of their way to help me. Despite a few delivery issues, they kept searching for solutions, contacted different providers, and stayed involved until a real fix was found. You could truly feel they were trying to help. Highly recommended.
